Key Responsibilities
Answer customer calls efficiently to achieve a 100% answered
rate
Provide exceptional support to customers and drivers with
inquiries
Assist with various tasks such as chats, outbound calls, and
delivery dispatching
Required Qualifications
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Top-notch customer service skills
Proficient in G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
Ability to work in the Pacific Time Zone with evening hours and
occasional weekends
