Position Details:
Title: Battery Assembly Technician
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Shift: M-F; 1st Shift
Compensation: $45-$50k; non-exempt. After 40 hours paid hourly wage.

Position Description:
The Battery Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling battery system, components, and sub-assemblies individually, and assembling these into a battery container. The individual will use various tools and equipment to maneuver components and test components to verify proper operation and safety of all electrical components.
Requirements:
A candidate for this role should have a strong Electrical-Mechanical background. A plus if the candidate has experience with high voltage up to 480v. Candidates need to be able to read schematics and blueprints. Excellent role for Navy Machinist Mates, Electrician mates, nuke or conventional, or other similar job families.
