Position Details:
--- Title: Service Technician (Ophthalmic Equipment)
--- Location: Jacksonville, FL
--- Shift: M-F
--- Compensation: $

--- Travel:
Position Description: Responsibilities include:
--- Evaluate, rebuild, calibrate, test, decommission, repair, and
install ophthalmic equipment.
--- Communicate with management, distributors and user personnel to
develop repair and testing
standards.
--- Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel,
material, and utilities.
--- Evaluate precision and accuracy of repair and testing
equipment.
Requirements:
--- AS in Electronics Engineering Technology, equivalent Military
training or Trade School and 1 years'
experience
--- Electronics, technological, and mechanical aptitude
--- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
--- Must be timely and able to follow specific and detailed
instructions
--- Must have attention to detail and work in an organized
manner
