Kavaliro is seeking a Temporary Instructional Designer to join our team on a short-term assignment. This fully onsite role will focus on creating practical, easy-to-understand training manuals for our field workers. The ideal candidate is hands-on, efficient, and experienced in developing instructional content using PowerPoint. Design aesthetics are not the priority-functionality and clarity are key.

Responsibilities:

Develop training manuals and instructional content tailored to field workers.


Use PowerPoint to create clear, functional training modules.


Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant information.


Translate complex processes into simple, actionable training steps.


Ensure materials are easy to follow and can be used independently in the field.


Make updates and revisions quickly based on team feedback.



Requirements:

Proven experience creating training manuals or instructional content, especially for field or technical staff.


Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.


Strong communication skills and ability to distill technical info into digestible content.


Self-starter with the ability to meet tight deadlines.


Available to start immediately and work onsite full-time in Orlando
