Your Responsibilities as a Consumer Lending Specialist:


Interview member to discuss loan options, gather required documentation, and communicate decisions effectively.
Advise members through loan closing documents, explain terms, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Follow up with members, manage loan queues, and work towards increasing booking ratios.
Create and review loan files for accuracy and completeness.
Achieve personal sales targets by identifying and cross-selling beneficial products and services.
Collaborate with team members and work toward overall team success.


What You Bring:


Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required and at least 2 years of experience as a Lending Specialist or similar role in a financial institution. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
