Job Description:

This internship program at First Citizens Bank offers an excellent opportunity for college students to gain hands-on experience and professional development in the equipment finance division. The program includes a 10-week internship with the potential to join the rotational development program post-graduation. Interns will work on dynamic projects, attend professional development sessions, and have a dedicated manager to guide them through the program. Along with gaining valuable industry knowledge, interns will also have the chance to showcase their accomplishments through a wrap-up presentation at the end of the program. Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in dynamic projects related to research, analytics, strategy, and process improvement
• Attend professional development and networking events
• Work on a dedicated project to solve a specific problem or improve a process
• Present a wrap-up presentation outlining internship experience to company stakeholders Qualifications: Required:
  • Enrollment at an accredited collegiate institution during the summer program
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Preferred:
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Strong desire to learn and collaborate
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
