Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Global Services Representative to join our team at Charles Schwab. As a key member of our global services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to international clients, including trading, account servicing, and document translation services.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch client service to international clients, including trading, account servicing, and document translation services.
• Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and trading strategies to provide expert advice to clients.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals.Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required or a condition of employment to obtain within the allotted training time.
  • 3-5 years of experience in client service, financial services, and/or brokerage services.
  • Passion for trading and market knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.What We Offer:
