Kitchen Equipment Technician at Walt Disney World Resort summary:
The Kitchen Equipment Technician at Walt Disney World is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining various kitchen equipment, HVAC, and plumbing systems. This role requires extensive knowledge in commercial kitchen repairs, CO2 systems, and electrical controls, along with the ability to work in elevated and confined spaces. A minimum of four years' experience in maintenance and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this field service position.
The Area Mechanic - Kitchen Tech is more than just someone that knows the way around a kitchen. They troubleshoot, perform maintenance and/or operational procedures in all phases of plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, refrigeration work. Among many tasks, the Area Mechanic - Kitchen Tech must be able to repair soda and beer drink systems, repair commercial kitchen equipment, and know all about the plumbing trade. The field service position may include work from elevated platforms and confined spaces throughout the Walt Disney World Parks and Resort property.

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $28.45 per hour.
