Job Description:

A company is looking for a Facilities Customer Service Professional to manage incoming client calls and facilitate facilities management requests.



Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and emails related to facilities management requests
Assess and document requests, dispatching work orders to the appropriate party
Maintain accurate reports and achieve daily request handling goals


Required Qualifications

High school diploma required
Call center experience preferred (inbound)
Extensive computer use with experience in Microsoft Office
Experience with switchboard or helpdesk operations is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
