Hospitalist

Leesburg, FL

We are seeking a Hospitalist to join a growing multi-specialty group. This role is 7 on and 7 off, extra shifts we pay $1200 per shift. No night calls! New grads are welcome to apply! Will pay J1 expenses if needed.

Compensation and Benefits for the Hospitalist Physician

Base salary is $230K
Paid health insurance
Flexible PTO if needed
Vacation coverage
Paid Malpractice insurance
Bonus is usually 10K-20k yearly
If longer vacations are needed to travel abroad or otherwise we can make reasonable arrangements
Call by phone Responsibilities for the Hospitalist Physician
- 7 on 7 off
- No night calls
- No procedures or vent management
- No CPR or codes
- One hospital only
- Seeing 18 to 23 patients. (If the Physician wants to see more than 23 patients, we will pay $50 per encounter regardless of patients insurance)
