• NIH - NIH Stroke Certification

• START: 10/15 26 weeks preferred
• Years experience required: 2 years
• Local traveler? No locals - must be greater than 30 miles from facility
• Ratios: 1:6 (PLEASE READ JD. 1:6 RATIO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED WITH HIGH ACUITY PATIENTS)- THIS IS A MIXED UNIT, MAJORITY OF PATIENTS ARE PCU LEVEL.
• Weekend requirement: Every other
• Float required? Yes (within scope)
• START: 7/22
• Open to accommodating block schedule? No block scheduling allowed
• RTO Parameters: BLACK OUT 12/24- 12/25
• Certification Requirements: ACLS, BCLS, NIH
• Additional Details/Requirements: Floating required. Med Surg/Tele and Ortho Surgical hold similar types of patients.Job Requirements
• 2 years of experience required
• Experience with 1:6 patient to nurse ratio and high acuity patients required
• ACLS, BCLS, NIH certifications requiredSchedule Information
• 26 weeks preferred
• Every other weekend
• No block scheduling allowed
• Blackout dates 12/24-12/25
• Must be willing to float (within scope)Additional Details
• No locals - must be greater than 30 miles from facility
• *3 call outs results in termination*
• *Notice given 48 hours in advance of shift: Refusal to change may result in forfeiting guaranteed hours for pay period*
• *Notice given 1 week or more in advance of shift: Refusal to change may result in termination*
• *Plan for at least 4 hours to complete modules prior to start date*
• If 1-2 Holidays fall within assignment: Traveler is required to work 1 Eve and 1 Holiday
• If 3 Holidays fall within the assignment: Traveler is required to work 1 Eve and 2 Holidays
