Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Workforce Management to lead
workforce strategy and optimize resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities
Forecast call volume demand and manage staff scheduling based on
analysis of historical and anticipated volume
Develop and execute a long-term workforce management strategy,
including systems/tooling and process development
Monitor real-time contact volume and service levels, making
staffing adjustments as necessary
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Leadership, or
related field, or four years of experience in lieu of a degree
5+ years of experience in resource/workforce management and
operations in a sales delivery environment
3+ years of experience in a call center environment
2+ years of experience managing a team
Experience in healthcare staffing and scheduling required
