Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis
(FP&A) and Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial and operational performance of the marketplace of
counselors
Develop financial models for forecasting revenue, expenses, and
profitability
Collaborate with data science teams to set and track performance
targets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance; MBA from a Top 25
University
5+ years of experience in FP&A or operations management,
preferably in a marketplace environment
Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles
Experience in sales compensation plan design and implementation
Proficiency in financial modeling and business intelligence
tools
