Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Large Accounts to manage
and lead managed care contracting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiations for fee-for-service and value-based contracts
within a specific state
Develop and implement innovative economic and clinical alignment
agreements
Coordinate initiatives with cross-functional teams to develop
strategic plans for payers and markets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare
Management, or a related field
10 years of experience in hospital or payer contracting
2+ years of experience in financial modeling and reimbursement
technologies
Previous experience in the healthcare industry, including insurance
and managed care
Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
