Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager
responsible for close/forecast activities and financial analysis
for the Food & Litter Business Pod.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Close, Forecast, and Gap Management Processes, ensuring
timely and accurate deliverables
Identify and implement process improvements and value creation
opportunities
Provide financial updates and analytical support to
cross-functional and SBU leadership teams
Required Qualifications and Education:
5+ years of professional experience in finance and/or
accounting
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
MBA or CPA is a plus
Proficient in PC applications including BW and Essbase
Strong Excel skills and background knowledge in accounting and
finance
