Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Over 10 years of experience with CRM, customer support, or
marketing automation systems
Experience in delivering scalable Customer Success engagement
through digital strategies
Familiarity with Gainsight and Salesforce for managing customer
communication
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
