We are looking for a forward-thinking Salesforce Solutions Director to manage a dynamic team of admins and lead our architecture and development strategy through our next phase of growth. • Lead and manage a Salesforce pod, including 2-3 admins and a QA specialist, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee the Salesforce SDLC, ensuring best practices in development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with the VP of Technology to architect scalable features and establish a robust CI/CD pipeline.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools, working closely with the VP of Technology to define expectations for design patterns, QA tests, documentation, and training.
• Conduct hands-on development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, while also being accountable for the output of junior admins.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, facilitating their professional growth and skill development.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Salesforce initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business goals.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM management, with a focus on SDLC and team leadership. Agency experience a huge plus.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, with a track record of successful implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer) are a plus.Benefits:
