Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Global Benefits to join
their Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the administration of global employee benefit programs,
including medical, dental, and retirement plans
Develop and implement innovative employee programs while ensuring
compliance with global policies
Oversee relationships with external vendors and provide guidance to
employees on benefit-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of professional experience in employee benefits and/or
human resources
Global benefits experience in the technology industry is a plus
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Experience presenting and interacting with senior leadership
