• Support continual improvement to End-to-End New Product Launch process.\r\r\r

  • Facilitate and lead cross functional project teams to deliver project goals\r\r\r
    • \r
    • Support Project Managers with successfully delivering New Products from development to scale up/launch.\r\r\r
      • \r
      • Provide routine status updates for Senior Leadership on progress of projects.\r\r\r
        • \r
        • Work cross functionally to create and implement project timelines with risk assessments and mitigation plans.\r\r\r
          • \r
          • Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and always maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and compliance\r\r\r
            • \r
            • High level of communication and collaboration with cross-functional groups.\r\r\r
              • \r
              • Actively participate in meetings\r\r\r\r
