• Overseeing the development and implementation of process changes to maintain accelerate delivery to clients and align internal teams.
• Ensuring the engineering team and other departments work together cohesively.
• Leading and directing the work of assigned engineers and project teams.
• Changing tools and processes to support project execution.
• Managing all engineering projects and resolving engineering problems.
• Ensuring continuous improvement in process, cost, quality, and production.What you bring
  • Proven experience in process engineering and project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Added bonus if you have
    • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
    • Knowledge of Capital Markets delivery standards and existing practices.
